Accessibility at Trent Bridge
All members of staff at Trent Bridge are here to help our visitors have a great time. We aim to understand the needs of each of our visitors to ensure that we provide a positive experience for all. To discuss any particular needs that you may have as a visitor, please contact our friendly Customer Service team on 0115 982 3000 during office hours, or by email to info@trentbridge.co.uk
Accessible assistance
If you would like to arrange any assistance in advance of attending a match, please email info@trentbridge.co.uk to be provided with a direct line to our designated Above and Beyond Matchday Volunteers who will be delighted to assist you.
National Key Scheme (Radar Keys) - Accessible toilet access
Most of our accessible toilets around the ground are fitted with NKS (radar) locks to provide disabled people independent use to locked public toilets. Don't worry if you forget your key, one of our stewards or volunteers will be equipped with one.
Mobiloo accessible toilet
An accessible toilet with an adult-sized changing bench and a hoist is available just outside the Radcliffe Road West Gate.
Trent Bridge Accessible Seating Policy
We are able to offer, subject to availability, wheelchair spaces in the Hound Road Stand (upper and lower tiers), the Radcliffe Road Stand (lower and middle tiers), the Bridgford Road Stand (pitch level and raised platform), and in front of the Larwood & Voce Stand. You'll also find electric wheelchair charging points at the top of the Bridgford Road Stand. Ambulant attendees with disabilities are welcome across the range of stands and areas, dependent on personal requirements.
Both wheelchair and ambulant ticket buyers are charged at their appropriate age-related price for the event they wish to attend and stand they sit in.
If you are in receipt of the higher or middle rate for care or mobility of Disability Living Allowance from the Department for Work and Pensions, or the enhanced rate of PIP (Personal Independence Payment), then a companion's ticket may be issued free of charge if requested. The Ticket Office will ask to see evidence of this before purchase.
Further assistance can be provided by our friendly Ticket Office team by calling 0115 899 0300 or by emailing questions@trentbridge.co.uk.
Accessible Parking
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer accessible parking on-site during matchdays. Should you wish to drop passengers off near our gates before parking, we recommend using the area at the top of Musters Road just behind the memorial garden, 50 yards from the Dixon Gate.
If you would like a member of our Above & Beyond Volunteer team to meet you or your guest on arrival, please email us at info@trentbridge.co.uk
If you have pre-booked a parking space in one of our event car parks, please speak to a steward on arrival and request a space close to the exit if you have an accessibility requirement.
Access around Trent Bridge
The majority of the ground has flat level access throughout. Some seating areas do have a number of steps with no access to handrails, including the Bridgford Road Stand, Hound Road lower and the middle and lower tiers of the Radcliffe Road Stand. There is no lift access to the Acrisure Stand, with entry only via a number of steps.
Lifts are available in the Radcliffe Road Stand, Hound Road Stand and the Bridgford Road Stand (in the office block, allowing access to the wheelchair viewing points).
Access to the Ticket Office is via a small step of approximately ten centimetres. Please contact a steward if you need to use a ramp to enter. The main ticket office does not have a dropped counter, but an additional ticket office on Bridgford Road, next to the Trent Bridge Inn, has a low-level service counter and hearing loop on each window.
Accessible Bars
Low-level service counters are available at Keeton's Corner, located in between the Radcliffe Road and Acrisure Stands, and the Radcliffe Road West bar within the Radcliffe Road Stand on level 3.
Loud Music & Pyrotechnics
Please note that there's loud pyrotechnics at the start of each match and loud music played throughout, so those that need to can come equipped with ear defenders.
Large Format Menus
Large format menus are available from all of our food and drink outlets and can be requested from a member of staff on the day.
Dietary Needs
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and Halal-certified food options are available around the ground. Please inform a member of staff should you have a particular dietary need and require further information on their cooking processes. You are welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks in cans, plastic or cardboard containers, but please avoid metal cutlery or glass containers.
